All our hardwood has durability class 2 and lasts up to 25 years. Due to the high durability class, the wood no longer requires treatment. The wood turns grey over time and is strong and wear-resistant. SPECIFICATIONS--5 year warranty. Dimensions worktop LxWxH: 40x50x13 cm. Every type of (hard)wood turns grey under the influence of the sun, weather and wind. The final colour partly depends on the initial colour of the hardwood. IMPORTANT POINTS OF ATTENTION-- Products must be unpacked immediately upon receipt, so that any moisture is not trapped between the packaging and the product. This can cause stains that are difficult to remove. Wood is a natural product that shrinks or expands depending on temperature and moisture content. Regularly oiling the wood ensures that the moisture content remains more stable and limits shrinkage and expansion. We recommend using Woca oil for this.
