The Madame Jeanette peppers used come from an exclusive breeding project in collaboration with the Centre for Genetic Resources Netherlands (CGN). After five years of growing, testing, and selecting, the perfect balance of heat, fruitiness, and aroma was finally found.</p><p data-start="1128" data-end="1469" style="text-align: justify;"> The base of this sauce is classic Tomasu soy sauce, slowly aged in oak barrels.
