EldurApi Wine barrel chips (MW250)

The EldurApi Wine Chips, from oak wine barrels in which red wine has matured, add a beautiful flavor to your dishes. Ideal for smoking fish, shellfish, pork, beef, lamb, chicken and cheese. Whether you use them dry or wet, these chips provide a wonderful aroma of red wine. Soaking them in water for 20 minutes will intensify the flavor, but be aware that this can cause more smoke and a drop in temperature, especially in a Kamado. For use in a gas barbecue, choose a smoker box.
