The round Shichirin comes with a stainless steel rack on which you can prepare the tastiest Japanese dishes. This rack has a slight curve, so that the heat and air circulation are evenly distributed over the surface, which prevents certain parts of your ingredients from cooking too quickly or too slowly.

With a grilling surface of 31 cm, the round Shichirin is ideal for preparing small pieces of meat, fish, vegetables or a large piece to enjoy together. The Shichirin is suitable for 2 to 6 people. When used for two people, you can choose to fill only half with charcoal.
