AllBrine Color, a universal brine product with color salt, brings an ancient preservation method to contemporary use. Brining, originally intended for preservation, now mainly improves the tenderness, juiciness and taste of meat and fish. This method, more prominent in America than in Europe, transforms the structure of larger or tougher pieces of barbecue meat, making them wonderfully tender. AllBrine Color is ideal for brining meat and poultry that loses color quickly, such as pork and beef, including Pastrami, pulled pork, spare ribs, sausage and bacon. With nitrite to prevent bacterial growth, it extends the shelf life and makes the meat less sensitive to temperature. AllBrine Color contains coloring salt, sugar, herbs and spices, together with classic seasonings such as carrot, onion, leek and celery. Unlike many other brines, AllBrine Color has a moderate salt content, making it an excellent match with one of the rubs from our range.

The flavor guide indicates that Allbrine Color is ideal for meat where color retention is important and adds extra flavor to pulled pork, spare ribs, sausage, bacon and pastrami.
