    BBQ Valley General Terms and Conditions

    1. General

    1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of BBQ Valley.

    1.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

    1.3 Deviations from these conditions are only binding if agreed in writing.


    2. Offers and Agreements

    2.1 All offers from BBQ Valley are without obligation and subject to availability.

    2.2 An agreement is concluded after BBQ Valley accepts the order. BBQ Valley reserves the right to refuse orders or impose additional conditions.


    3. Prices and Payment

    3.1 All stated prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

    3.2 Payment must be made using one of the methods specified by BBQ Valley. The order will only be processed after full payment has been received.

    3.3 In the event of late payment, BBQ Valley is entitled to suspend or terminate the agreement.


    4. Delivery

    4.1 BBQ Valley strives to deliver ordered products within the stated delivery timeframe. Delivery times are indicative and cannot give rise to any rights or liability.

    4.2 If a product is out of stock, the customer will be informed of this and the order can be cancelled or changed.

    4.3 The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with BBQ Valley until the moment of delivery to the customer.


    5. Returns and Cancellations

    5.1 The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The customer must return the products unused and in their original packaging.

    5.2 BBQ Valley will refund the payment received within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.

    5.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


    6. Warranty and Complaints

    6.1 BBQ Valley guarantees that the products meet the specifications as stated on the website.

    6.2 Complaints about the delivered products must be reported to BBQ Valley in writing within 7 days of receipt.

    6.3 If the complaint is justified, BBQ Valley will, at its discretion, replace the product or refund the amount paid.


    7. Liability

    7.1 BBQ Valley is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the delivered products, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

    7.2 BBQ Valley's liability is always limited to the amount of the order in question.


    8. Force Majeure

    8.1 In the event of force majeure, BBQ Valley is entitled to suspend the performance of the agreement or to terminate the agreement without any obligation to pay damages.

    8.2 Force majeure means any external cause, foreseen or unforeseen, over which BBQ Valley has no influence.


    9. Privacy

    9.1 BBQ Valley processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

    9.2 Personal data will only be used for processing the order and communication with the customer.


    10. Applicable law and disputes

    10.1 All legal relationships in which BBQ Valley is a party are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

    10.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where BBQ Valley is established, unless mandatory law prescribes a different court.
