OUR BBQS - Plancha

With a plancha, you prepare meat, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients directly on a hot griddle. Because the food is not directly over the flame, you have a lot of control and can easily prepare smaller or delicate ingredients.

At BBQ Valley, you will find the Cozze Combo 900 Plancha and Grill. This combines grilling and baking on a plancha in one outdoor cooking appliance. With it, you can grill a steak, for example, while simultaneously preparing vegetables, fish, or potatoes on the griddle.

A plancha is particularly interesting for those who enjoy cooking outdoors quickly and with variety, and appreciate a large, flat cooking surface. Cleaning is also relatively easy because you work directly on the cooking plate while cooking.
