Fill the cold smoke generator with smoke moth and light it with a tea light. As soon as the smoke moth smolders, remove the tea light and place the cold smoke generator indirectly in your BBQ. A full reservoir smokes for 8 to 10 hours, while the coals (or other fuel) in your BBQ remain out. Ensure sufficient air supply and exhaust to avoid a bitter taste.
