The half-moon drip pan is a versatile tool. With this pan, you effortlessly collect moisture and fat while grilling, keeping your Kamado clean and preventing smoke buildup, resulting in a stable temperature. In addition to collecting fat, you can also use the drip pan to prepare ingredients, such as cooking a chicken in hay. Furthermore, the drip pan is ideal for adding a wine aroma to your dishes or creating humid air in your Kamado. Made of aluminum, the drip pan is easy to clean. To protect the pan optimally, you can place a baking mat inside before use, which simplifies cleaning. You can also use aluminum foil to line the pan; after use, simply remove the foil for a clean pan.

This half-moon drip pan is suitable for LARGE and XLARGE Kamados. By using two pieces, you can protect the entire surface of your Kamado from moisture and grease.
