4. Delivery
4.1 Orders are delivered to the address specified by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address.
4.2 If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the absence of the customer, additional shipping costs may be charged.
4.3 BBQ Valley is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays, natural disasters or transport problems.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

5.2 The tracking information allows you to track the status of your shipment via the carrier's website.
6. International Shipping

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments
