BBQ Valley Return Policy
At BBQ Valley we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the conditions below.
1. Returns within 14 days
1.1 You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order without giving reasons.
1.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the product.
2. Procedure for Returns
2.1 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us within the withdrawal period by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can use the model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so.
2.2 Return the product or hand it over to us without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. In any case, the period has been observed if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
3. Condition of the Returned Products
3.1 The product must be returned unused and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging.
3.2 You are only liable for the depreciation of the product that is the result of use of the product that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product.
4. Costs and Refunds
4.1 The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.
4.2 We will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.
4.3 We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
4.4 We will refund you using the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any costs for such reimbursement.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
5.1 The right of withdrawal is excluded for the following products:
Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons and for which the seal has been broken after delivery.
Products that are specially made to measure or according to specific customer wishes.
