EldurApi 17 Shellfish Marinade is a ready-to-use, pilipili-seasoned oil base for all types of shellfish. This marinade gives a pleasant spicy kick to your dishes. Once you get used to marinating, you won't want to be without it again. Marinating shellfish not only improves the flavor, but also softens the texture. EldurApi marinades contain oil for excellent adhesion to the ingredients.

Marinating is simple, but requires patience. Brush the shellfish at least 15 minutes before use to give them a refined, rich flavor. A longer marinating time intensifies the taste. The marinated crustaceans are then ready to prepare without extra fat. Make it easy on yourself and treat your guests to the delicious ready-made marinades from EldurApi. Store tightly closed in a dry place at room temperature.
