The Gozney Tread is a portable wood-fired pizza oven, designed for adventurous outdoor cooks. Its lightweight design and short handle make it easy to transport while still enjoying the performance of a real brick oven.
The Tread is powered entirely by wood. The oven heats up quickly and reaches temperatures of up to 500°C, ideal for Neapolitan pizzas and other dishes with an intense wood-fired flavor.
The oven will reach the desired temperature in 20–25 minutes. A Neapolitan pizza will then bake in just 60–90 seconds.
The Tread is compact and designed for pizzas up to 12 inches (approx. 30 cm). Its lightweight design and aluminum construction make it ideal for camping, the beach, or the park.
Recommended accessories include a compact pizza peel, a turning peel, and a protective cover. This allows you to work comfortably and extend the oven's lifespan.
The high temperatures burn away most residue. Wipe the stone clean and remove ash after use. For the exterior, easily remove soot deposits with The Pink Stuff paste: apply a small amount to a soft cloth, rub, and rinse with water. Upon registration, Gozney also offers a 5-year warranty, so you can enjoy your oven for years to come.
