This handmade base is made with our own fresh dough that ferments for at least 72 hours. This ensures a light texture, a perfect crust, and a deep, distinctive flavor.
The base is already shaped to a nice 28cm diameter and covered with a layer of San Marzano tomato sauce, so all you need to do is top it with your favorite ingredients. Thanks to the mature dough and carefully selected ingredients, you'll bake a pizza with a crispy crust and a soft, airy interior in minutes.
Instructions:
Let the pizza base thaw completely
Preheat the oven to 230°C
Remove all packaging material
Top the pizza base as desired
Place it directly on the rack in the middle of the oven
Bake for 5–6 minutes
Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle the crust with olive oil if desired
