Steaming with the bamboo steamer basket is extremely simple. Place the basket on a cast iron pan filled with water, broth, or another liquid of your choice. Next, position the oval basket on top of the pan. It is essential to place the basket on top of the pan, not inside it. As soon as the liquid starts to boil, the resulting steam will activate the steamer basket.

The basket is suitable for use in the XXLARGE, XLARGE, LARGE, and MEDIUM Kamado.
Thanks to the oval shape of the basket, the heat is distributed evenly, ensuring your dumplings cook perfectly.
