Met de Big Green Egg Carbon Steel Wok breid je je kamado uit tot een volwaardige buitenkeuken. Deze robuuste wokpan is gemaakt van carbonstaal – sterker dan gewoon staal – en geschikt voor hoge temperaturen, zoals bij het roerbakken op een keramische BBQ. De pan is al voorzien van een beschermende oliecoating, zodat hij goed bestand is tegen roest en klaar is voor gebruik.

De platte bodem zorgt voor stabiliteit op elk kookoppervlak en maakt hem ook perfect inzetbaar in combinatie met de EGGspander. Of je nu wokt met een Aziatische twist of gewoon snel en gezond wilt koken met verse ingrediënten, deze pan geeft je volledige controle over de hitte en bereiding.

Na gebruik reinig je de pan eenvoudig en behandel je hem met een dun laagje plantaardige olie om hem in topconditie te houden. Zo gaat je wok lang mee en blijven de smaken puur.
