The Monolith LeChef PRO-Series 2.0 Red Solo is designed for outdoor chefs who want to cook on a grand scale and integrate their kamado into their own outdoor kitchen, table, or buggy. This version comes without a base and side tables and is equipped with ceramic feet, making it perfectly suited for permanent installation or custom setups.
Weighing approximately 140 kg and featuring a grate diameter of 52 cm, the LeChef is the largest kamado in the Monolith range. This makes it ideally suited for preparing multiple dishes and large quantities simultaneously. Grilling, baking, smoking, and slow cooking are all possible at a professional level.
Thanks to the Smart Grid System (SGS) and the option for an extra grate level, you can easily create multiple temperature zones. The unique chip feeder system allows you to add smoking wood or pellets via the front flap without opening the lid and without heat loss. This way, you maintain maximum control over flavor and cooking.
In combination with accessories such as a rotisserie, cast iron grate, pizza stone, wok holder, plancha, or wok, the Monolith LeChef PRO Series 2.0 grows into a fully-fledged outdoor kitchen. The red version gives any outdoor space a powerful and exclusive look.
