By lowering the oven's opening, the flames are guided for a longer period and create more dynamism in the oven. This results in higher and more consistent temperatures at the top of the chamber, precisely what's needed for that signature airy crust and perfectly cooked toppings.
The Dome Plate is designed for maximum ease of use: it's easy to assemble and completely removable, without a single screw. When not in use, the plate neatly attaches to the frame of your Vonken oven.
A major advantage is that both the Bread Door and the standard insert door remain compatible when the Dome Plate is in use. This way, you retain all the functionality of your oven while enjoying the ideal pizza setup.
