Extra lighting is particularly practical when you're cooking outdoors in the evening or during the dark winter months. As soon as you open the lid, you can get a better view of the grill grate with the built-in lighting without having to attach a separate BBQ light.
The Monolith Avantgarde .55 handle features integrated LED lighting that illuminates the grilling surface. You can easily switch the lighting on and off with the push button on the side . This allows you to better see how your meat, fish, or vegetables are doing, even in low ambient light. The LED lighting is neatly integrated into the handle, making it a fixed, practical solution for your ceramic BBQ.
Heavy Bamboo with a luxurious look. The handle is made of Heavy Bamboo, a material based on carbonized bamboo fibers, combined with stainless steel parts. The finish matches the design of the Monolith Avantgarde series. Especially in combination with the matching Avantgarde side tables, this handle gives your Monolith a stylish look.
The LED handle with article number 301064-C is designed for Monolith kamados in the .55 size. The handle can be used, among other things, as an upgrade for the Monolith Classic Pro Series 2.0 and TWO.55. This version is also offered within the upgrade line for the Monolith ONE.55. You replace the existing handle on the lid, so you add extra lighting and the look of the Avantgarde series to your kamado.
Check the mounting distance. The distance between the mounting holes of this handle is between 14.5 and 16.5 cm . Therefore, measure the distance between the mounting points of your existing Monolith handle beforehand. This will help you better assess whether this LED handle is suitable for your kamado. A separate version is available for the larger Monolith .66. For older models, we recommend checking compatibility beforehand.
The Avantgarde LED handle is supplied as a separate replacement handle. To install it, remove the existing handle and mount the new version according to Monolith's instructions. After installation, check that all fasteners are securely tightened. The built-in LED lighting runs on regular AA batteries . These batteries are not included. The push button allows you to switch the lighting on and off as desired.
