Deze stevige tray (40 × 30 × 8 cm) is speciaal ontworpen om tot zes deegbollen van 250–300 g tegelijkertijd te laten rijzen, zonder aan elkaar te plakken. Dankzij de maat en vorm ontstaan ronde, luchtige bollen met de optimale textuur en smaak.

Gebruik de krat los of vul hem met de bijpassende Babadoh silicone bakjes voor extra hygiëne en overzicht. Na de rijsperiode haal je het deeg eenvoudig uit de krat (of bakjes) met de Babadoh deegschraper en verwerk je het op je houten snijplank of serveerplank.

Of je nu pizzadeeg, brooddeeg of koekjesdeeg maakt, deze multifunctionele tray is een onmisbare hulp in je keuken of bij de kamado. Dankzij het duurzame materiaal is hij vaatwasserbestendig, koelkast- en vriezerproof en klaar voor jarenlang gebruik.
