De Barbecoa Korean Chicken Saus is ontwikkeld voor liefhebbers van krachtige, internationale smaken op de barbecue. Deze saus combineert authentieke gochujang met een romige structuur en een mooie balans tussen pittig, zoet en umami. Het recept is van Europees Kampioen Tom Bertels en is geïnspireerd op de klassieke Buffalo wing saus, maar dan met een Koreaanse twist.

De saus is speciaal gemaakt om gerechten te versterken zonder ze te overheersen. Hierdoor komt kip van de kamado barbecue of keramische BBQ nog beter tot zijn recht. Ook scampi en wokgerechten krijgen met deze saus direct meer diepte en karakter.

Hoe gebruik je deze BBQ saus?

  • Als koude dipsaus
  • Perfect bij chicken wings of scampi. Serveer koud zodat de romige structuur en kruiden optimaal tot hun recht komen
  • Als marinade: Gebruik de saus om kip vooraf op smaak te brengen en laat deze rustig intrekken
  • Als finishing sauce: Voeg de saus na het grillen toe aan je gerecht voor een frisse, krachtige smaaklaag
  • Als smaakmaker: Ideaal door wokgerechten of als topping op streetfood en gerechten van de kamado barbecue

Belangrijk om te weten: Dit is een topping saus en wordt niet verwarmd. Gebruik deze saus altijd koud voor de beste smaakbeleving

Ingrediënten: Water, plantaardige olie (raapzaad, zonnebloem), suiker, 4,6% gochujang (chilipeper, tarwebloem (gluten), sojabonen, moutsiroop, kleefrijst, zout, alcohol), chilipepers, gemodificeerd maïszetmeel, miso, sojasaus, knoflook, zout, natuurazijn, smaakversterker (mononatriumglutamaat), voedingszuren (citroenzuur, melkzuur), gemodificeerd aardappelzetmeel, balsamico azijn, verdikkingsmiddelen (xanthaangom, guargom), natuurlijke aroma’s, kleurstoffen (paprika extract, betacaroteen), conserveermiddelen (kaliumsorbaat, natriumbenzoaat), anti oxidant (calciumdinatrium EDTA)
