Barbecoa Smokey Beef BBQ Sauce is the choice for barbecue beef lovers. This sauce has been developed with robust flavors, a refined smoky taste, and deep umami notes that perfectly complement steak, brisket, and slow-cooked dishes from the kamado or ceramic BBQ.
The recipe comes from European Champion Tom Bertels and is based on the sauce with which Barbecoa became European Brisket Champion. The sauce was specially designed to enhance the flavor of the meat without overpowering it. This ensures that the pure taste of beef remains central, while your dish gains that extra level.
The texture is rich and slightly syrupy, allowing the sauce to adhere perfectly as a finishing layer or making it easy to mix into pulled beef or stews. Whether you are working on a kamado barbecue, pellet grill, or cooking outdoors, this sauce adds depth to any beef dish.
How do you use this BBQ sauce?
Caution: Do not use over a direct flame, as the sugars in the sauce may burn.
