Ontdek een extra smaakdimensie met de Big Green Egg Appel Rookhout Chunks. Deze premium chunks zijn uitvoerig getest door Big Green Egg-chefs en gemaakt van 100% natuurlijk hout. Door hun grote formaat branden de chunks langzaam en geven ze langdurig een rijke, milde rook af – ideaal voor low & slow bereidingen.

Appel rookhout staat bekend om zijn zachte, lichtzoete aroma. Het geeft gevogelte niet alleen een verfijnde smaak, maar zorgt ook voor een prachtig donkerbruin velletje. Ook bij varkensvlees, karbonades of lichte gerechten komt de fruitige toets perfect tot zijn recht. Wilt u experimenteren?
