Met de Big Green Egg convEGGtor Hitteschild Medium transformeer je jouw Big Green Egg Medium in een veelzijdige oven voor indirect grillen. Dit keramische hitteschild voorkomt direct contact tussen het vuur en je gerechten, waardoor je vlees, vis of groenten langzaam en gelijkmatig kunt garen zonder aan te branden.

De convEGGtor zorgt voor een optimale warmtecirculatie en houdt de temperatuur stabiel, waardoor je eenvoudig gerechten zoals pulled pork, brisket of slow-cooked ribs bereidt. Ook perfect te gebruiken in combinatie met een pizzasteen voor de ultieme houtgestookte pizza’s.
