The Cozze Elements Outdoor Kitchen Backsplash for Corner Element is a smart addition to your modular outdoor kitchen. With this backsplash, you complete the corner configuration of your Cozze Elements outdoor kitchen and create extra options for neatly hanging tools and accessories.
The back wall is ideal when building an L-shaped outdoor kitchen. This way, you utilize not only the straight modules but also the corner in a practical manner. You keep your worktop clear and have frequently used BBQ tools, pizza tools, or accessories quickly within reach while cooking outdoors.
The black matte finish complements the rest of the Cozze Elements series beautifully and gives your outdoor kitchen a sleek, modern look. In combination with hanging hooks, hanging rods, or LED lighting, you make the corner of your outdoor kitchen even more functional.
Whether you work with a pizza oven, gas barbecue, plancha, kamado barbecue, or ceramic BBQ, this backsplash helps you set up your outdoor kitchen in an organized, professional, and practical way.
The Monolith Avantgarde .66 comes standard with a chip feeder set, split charcoal basket, deflector stones, drip trays, grate lifter, ash shovel, and the Smart Grid System with split grill grates.
A cast iron grate retains heat well and produces beautiful grill marks, but it does require maintenance. Preferably clean the grate while it is still warm with a suitable brush. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or dishwashing liquid, as this can damage the protective coating.
After cleaning, lightly rub the grate with heat-resistant oil. If rust forms, brush it away and season the grate again. This keeps the cast iron better protected and builds up a natural non-stick coating.
Clean a Monolith plancha while it is still warm. Scrape off baking residue and, if necessary, use a little hot water to remove stubborn residue. Preferably do not use dishwashing liquid, as this can damage the built-up protective layer.
Dry the plancha thoroughly and then rub it thinly with oil. Regular use creates a natural cooking surface, which prevents food from sticking as easily and keeps the plancha better protected against rust.
