The Dirty Jack Charcoal Black Label Cooking Towel was developed for anyone who wants a sturdy, versatile cloth at hand while cooking and barbecuing. The dark grey Charcoal colour with black label gives the cooking towel a rugged look that pairs well with a kamado, pellet grill, or outdoor kitchen.
While a regular tea towel is primarily used for drying, the Dirty Jack is designed for various tasks during cooking. The cloth is made of thick, double-woven cotton with a weight of approximately 330 grams per square meter.
As a result, it feels sturdier and offers better heat resistance than a thin, standard tea towel. You use it to dry your hands, absorb moisture, or briefly hold a hot pan or roasting tray.
The cloth is heat-resistant but not fireproof. When exposed to heat, use it dry only and for brief contact. Suitable heat-resistant BBQ gloves are required for extremely hot grates, coals, or direct fire.
With a size of approximately 55 x 65 cm after washing, you have enough fabric to work with comfortably. The sturdy stitched buttonhole makes it easy to hang the Dirty Jack next to your barbecue or kitchen counter.
Whether you work with a Big Green Egg, Monolith, Traeger pellet grill, or a regular kitchen oven, this cooking cloth is a practical addition to your equipment.
Wash the Dirty Jack before first use. This improves moisture absorption and allows the cotton to shrink to its final size.
The Charcoal Black Label is machine washable up to 60 degrees and suitable for tumble drying. Preferably wash dark colors separately and do not use bleach. Always check the care label for the correct care instructions.
