The Forged Frying Pan 20 cm is a true all-rounder in your kitchen or outdoor kitchen. Whether you cook on induction, gas, in the oven, on the barbecue, or over an open fire , this pan always performs optimally. Thanks to the 3 mm thick carbon steel and hand-forged design, every dish is perfectly cooked and has a deliciously crispy crust. Ideal for frying a fried egg, an omelet, small casseroles, or a juicy steak with a crispy crust.
The pan is sustainable and PFAS-free , and develops a natural non-stick coating through the seasoning process . Creating this layer not only improves cooking performance but also prevents rust formation. Should rust nevertheless occur, it's easily remedied with the Forged maintenance kit . This way, your pan will stay in top condition for years to come.
The Forged pans are available with one or two handles and in various sizes (Ø20 cm, Ø24 cm, and Ø28 cm). Thanks to their robust construction and timeless design, they are not only functional but also a feast for the eyes – both in the kitchen and when cooking outdoors on a kamado grill.
