Met dit fijne 1200-grit keramische aanzetstaal houd je je messen van hoogwaardige kwaliteit als nieuw. De breukvaste, massieve keramische kern biedt een groot, gelijkmatig slijpoppervlak waarmee je met een paar bewegingen de microscopische braampjes van je lemmet verwijdert.

Dankzij het soft-touch handvat met ophangring ligt het aanzetstaal comfortabel in de hand en berg je het gemakkelijk op binnen handbereik. Let op: bij intensief gebruik kunnen lichte krassen op de zijkant van het mes ontstaan — een normaal effect van fijn slijpen.

Een onmisbaar accessoire voor wie zijn messen, keukenschaar of fileermessen snel wil bijwerken, of je nu binnen in de keuken staat of buiten bij de kamado barbecue.

Gebruikstips:

  1. Houd het mes in een hoek van ca. 15° tegen de staaf.

  2. Trek het lemmet met lichte druk langs de keramische staaf, van hiel tot punt.

  3. Wissel links- en rechtszijdige steken af voor een gelijkmatig resultaat.
