Het Forged Olive Universeel Mes Gekarteld is een veelzijdig keukenmes dat perfect aansluit bij dagelijks snijwerk. Dankzij de scherpe kartelrand glijdt het mes moeiteloos door ingrediënten die normaal wat meer weerstand bieden, zoals tomaten, paprika’s, zachte vruchten, harde broodjes en sandwiches. De kartels zorgen voor strakke, rechte sneden zonder vervormen, zelfs bij producten met een harde korst en zachte kern.

Zoals alle messen uit de Forged Olive serie is ook dit universele mes volledig met de hand gesmeed. Het lemmet is vervaardigd uit hoogwaardig Japans 440C staal, bekend om zijn sterke corrosiebestendigheid, hoge hardheid (58 HRC) en langdurige scherpte. Het gehamerde lemmet geeft elk mes een authentiek karakter met een unieke uitstraling.

Het handvat is gemaakt van olijfhout voor een warme, natuurlijke look en een comfortabele, ergonomische grip. Dit maakt het mes niet alleen functioneel, maar ook een stijlvolle toevoeging aan je keuken.
