The Cast Iron Seasoning Kit is indispensable for keeping your cast iron products in excellent condition. Thanks to the coarse sea salt and lemon powder, your products remain clean and protected. Maintaining your cast iron products is easy with this seasoning kit. Start by halving a potato, which you use together with coarse sea salt to remove rust and residue. A damp cloth can also be used as an alternative to the potato. After rinsing, place the cast iron product in the preheated Kamado at 230°C and sprinkle it generously with lemon powder. Let it stand for half an hour; the powder melts and forms a protective layer. Repeat this process 2 to 3 times for optimal results.
