De Barbecoa Holy Grail is een krachtige en veelzijdige BBQ rub voor liefhebbers van uitgesproken smaak. Deze award winning kruidenmix won in 2025 een zilveren medaille op de International Flavor Awards in de USA en laat direct zien waarom hij zo geliefd is. De rub brengt diepe umami, kruidigheid en balans samen in één mix.

De naam Holy Grail is niet voor niets gekozen. Dit is een rub die speciaal is ontwikkeld om gegrild vlees naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Van sappige burgers tot malse steaks, deze kruidenmix geeft ieder stuk vlees extra diepte en een volle BBQ smaak zonder te overheersen.

Dankzij de sterke umami basis is deze rub bijzonder geschikt voor rundvlees en andere stevige bereidingen op de kamado barbecue, keramische BBQ of plancha. Tijdens het grillen ontstaat een mooie smaakvolle korst, terwijl het vlees zijn eigen karakter behoudt. Daardoor is deze rub perfect voor iedereen die serieus bezig is met buiten koken en maximale smaak uit zijn bereiding wil halen.
