The Gozney Arc Lite is the most compact pizza oven in the current Gozney series. It was developed for those who want to bake pizza at home at high temperatures, but do not need the space or capacity of a larger Arc, Arc XL, or Dome.
The Arc Lite runs on propane and accommodates one pizza up to 12 inches, approximately 30 cm. Weighing approximately 12 kg and with external dimensions of about 43 cm wide, 48.1 cm deep, and 29.7 cm high, it takes up relatively little space on a suitable outdoor setup.

The Arc Lite can reach a temperature of approximately 500°C . The gas burner is located on the side of the oven and creates a rolling flame along the oven cavity. As a result, the pizza receives powerful heat from both the stone and the top.
You can easily adjust the flame with the rotary knob on the front. A high flame is suitable for pizzas that are baked quickly and at a high temperature. Lowering the flame gives you more control for pizza styles that require longer baking times.
Allow about 20 minutes to bring the oven up to temperature. When making pizza, be sure to check the temperature of the stone as well. A hot oven does not automatically mean that the baking floor has stored sufficient heat.
The Gozney Arc Lite features a removable 12 mm thick cordierite stone . This stone absorbs heat and releases it directly to the pizza base during baking.
The oven cavity is suitable for pizzas up to 12 inches. That is approximately 30 cm and a practical size for many home situations. The relatively compact oven cavity heats up quickly and requires less space than the larger Gozney models.

The Arc Lite is particularly interesting if you are looking for a compact and easy-to-adjust Gozney. You choose this model when 12-inch pizzas are large enough and you do not want to take up extra space with a larger oven.
At 12 kg, the Arc Lite is also considerably easier to move than the larger Arc and Dome models. It is not a travel oven like the Gozney Tread, but it is a practical choice if you do not want to leave the oven permanently in the same place.
If you want to bake larger pizzas and have more space around the pizza, then the Arc with 14 inches or the Gozney Arc XL with 16 inches is more interesting.
Although the Arc Lite was primarily developed as a pizza oven, you can also use the adjustable gas flame for other preparations. Think of vegetables, flatbreads, or meat suitable for high-temperature cooking.
Additionally, the flame control offers the possibility to bake not only at maximum temperature. This allows you to make pizza styles that require a bit longer and slower cooking.
Always use cookware that is suitable for the high temperatures of the oven.
Arc Lite and Tread are both gas-fired Gozney ovens for pizzas up to 12 inches, but they have a different premise. Arc Lite is primarily designed as a compact home pizza oven. Tread is more robustly built and specifically developed with portability as a key principle.
If the oven is mainly located at home on the patio or by the outdoor kitchen, Arc Lite is often the more logical choice. If you want to regularly take a Gozney to other locations, Tread is more interesting.
A suitable pizza peel, turntable, and infrared thermometer are practical accessories for baking pizza. Use the thermometer to check the temperature of the stone before sliding the pizza into the oven.
For protection when the oven is not in use, BBQ Valley also offers the Gozney Arc Lite protective cover in its range. Always allow the oven to cool down completely before covering it.

With the Arc Lite, you receive the pizza oven with pizza stone, tools for adjusting the stone, a gas hose with pressure regulator, Torx tools, and quick start instructions. As a result, you do not need to perform extensive assembly on the oven itself and can connect it to a suitable propane cylinder.
The inside of the oven is relatively easy to keep clean. At high temperatures, many baked-on residues and soot deposits can burn off on their own. Afterwards, let the oven cool down completely and, if necessary, carefully remove any loose residue with a soft brush.
For the exterior, use warm soapy water and a soft, non-abrasive cloth or a non-corrosive and bleach-free cleaner. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents.
For private use, a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty applies. If you register the Arc Lite with Gozney within 60 days of purchase, the warranty can be extended to a limited warranty of up to 5 years. Different warranty periods apply to certain parts.
Therefore, keep your proof of purchase and register the oven in a timely manner after purchase.
