The Cozze Elements Outdoor Kitchen Waste Bin is a handy addition to your modular outdoor kitchen. During preparation, grilling, and serving, waste is always generated, such as packaging, paper towels, trimmings, or empty bags. With this waste bin, you keep your outdoor kitchen neat and organized.

The waste bin complements the Cozze Elements outdoor kitchen series well and helps you work more efficiently. You don't have to constantly walk inside or to a separate waste bin, allowing you to maintain more peace and a better overview while cooking outdoors.

This accessory is ideal for use with a pizza oven, gas barbecue, plancha, kamado barbecue, or ceramic BBQ. Especially if you regularly cook for multiple people, a fixed waste solution in the outdoor kitchen is a practical addition.

With the Cozze Elements Waste Bin, you make your outdoor kitchen more complete, cleaner, and user-friendly.

The Monolith Avantgarde .66 comes standard with a chip feeder set, split charcoal basket, deflector stones, drip trays, grate lifter, ash shovel, and the Smart Grid System with split grill grates.

A cast iron grate retains heat well and produces beautiful grill marks, but it does require maintenance. Preferably clean the grate while it is still warm with a suitable brush. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or dishwashing liquid, as this can damage the protective coating.

After cleaning, lightly rub the grate with heat-resistant oil. If rust forms, brush it away and season the grate again. This keeps the cast iron better protected and builds up a natural non-stick coating.

Clean a Monolith plancha while it is still warm. Scrape off baking residue and, if necessary, use a little hot water to remove stubborn residue. Preferably do not use dishwashing liquid, as this can damage the built-up protective layer.

Dry the plancha thoroughly and then rub it thinly with oil. Regular use creates a natural cooking surface, which prevents food from sticking as easily and keeps the plancha better protected against rust.
