This 9 liter casserole is a unique Dutch Oven from Valhal Outdoor. This Dutch oven does not have the traditional round shape, but it is oval. Of course, the Dutch Oven is made of cast iron. A 'normal' Dutch Oven is of course a very versatile pan. However, this VH9L goes one step further. Due to its oval shape, it has a slightly larger capacity, although you can still easily place it in an oven or barbecue. Because it has a flat bottom, use in an oven or barbecue is even easier. You can use the Dutch Oven like any other Dutch oven for a wide variety of dishes, such as delicious stews or baking fresh bread. But an extra compared to the normal Dutch Oven is that this lid has a grill pattern on the bottom. Conversely, you can use the lid as a grill plate for your steak or vegetables. Cast iron has many advantages. Cast iron, for example, can be heated very high and can retain this heat well. And you can use your cast iron pan both indoors and outdoors, as it is suitable for any heat source. Cast iron is becoming increasingly beautiful and easier to use. All Valhal Outdoor cast iron is pre-treated with a natural oil. If you want, you can get started right away with your new Dutch oven.
