Franklin Barbecue Brisket rub, made with salt, garlic, paprika, spices, shiitake, mushroom powder, and tomato powder.
Ingredients: Salt, garlic, onion, sugar, paprika, spices, shiitake mushroom powder and tomato powder [tomato and silicon dioxide).

Nearly 20 years ago, Aaron Franklin put his first brisket on the smoker and… “It was pretty bad,” as he puts it.
Today, he makes the best briskets in the world. Every day, 106 briskets come out of the smokers behind his BBQ restaurant in Austin, Texas, and they sell out within hours.

Customers travel hundreds, if not thousands, of miles and stand in line for hours to taste a taste of his BBQ magic.
But you don't have to go all the way to Texas for its secret ingredients, because we've already sourced all the Franklin BBQ goodies for you from the USA!

The Monolith Avantgarde .66 comes standard with a chip feeder set, split charcoal basket, deflector stones, drip trays, grate lifter, ash shovel, and the Smart Grid System with split grill grates.

A cast iron grate retains heat well and produces beautiful grill marks, but it does require maintenance. Preferably clean the grate while it is still warm with a suitable brush. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or dishwashing liquid, as this can damage the protective coating.

After cleaning, lightly rub the grate with heat-resistant oil. If rust forms, brush it away and season the grate again. This keeps the cast iron better protected and builds up a natural non-stick coating.

Clean a Monolith plancha while it is still warm. Scrape off baking residue and, if necessary, use a little hot water to remove stubborn residue. Preferably do not use dishwashing liquid, as this can damage the built-up protective layer.

Dry the plancha thoroughly and then rub it thinly with oil. Regular use creates a natural cooking surface, which prevents food from sticking as easily and keeps the plancha better protected against rust.
