AllBrine No.1 bevat zeezout, suiker, kruiden en specerijen, samen met klassieke smaakmakers zoals wortel, ui, prei en selderij. AllBrine, a universal brine product with sea salt, redefines the age-old preservation method. Brining, originally for preservation, now mainly improves the tenderness, juiciness and taste of meat and fish. In America, this method is more prominent than in Europe, because it changes the structure of larger or tougher pieces of barbecue meat, making them wonderfully tender. But even a simple chicken fillet becomes deliciously juicy from the barbecue after a few hours in AllBrine. AllBrine No.1 contains sea salt, sugar, herbs and spices, and classic seasonings such as carrot, onion, leek and celery. Unlike many other brines, our AllBrine has a moderate salt content, making it a perfect match with one of the rubs from our range.

The taste guide indicates that AllBrine No.1 is suitable for fish, meat, poultry and vegetables, and adds extra flavor to steak, smoked salmon, game, chicken, poultry, beef brisket, smoked meat, pulled pork and ribs.
