Experience the magic of Indian outdoor cooking with the LetzQ Tandoor Set. Specially designed for kamado grills (medium to extra-large, depending on the air outlet), this set allows you to prepare dishes just like in a traditional tandoor oven.
It's simple to operate: light the charcoal, remove the grates, and heat the kamado to between 175 and 200°C. Squeeze the air inlet at the bottom to a small opening, remove the daisy wheel/rEGGulator, and insert the Tandoor ring. Then, skewer your ingredients onto the specially designed skewers with barbs that hold them securely in place, and lower them into the slots through the ring.
Thanks to the Tandoor Set's unique design, the skewers cook evenly and faster than on a traditional grill. You don't even have to turn them: the result is tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked every time. If desired, you can place the daisy wheel/rEGGulator separately on top of the ring for additional air control, although you primarily regulate the temperature via the bottom air intake.
