Ontwikkeld in samenwerking met barbecue-expert Bennie Kendrick, is dit 7-inch / 18 cm fileermes een onmisbare tool voor elke pitmaster en thuiskok. Het flexibele, taps toelopende lemmet van Duits X50CrMoV15-staal is voorzien van een slijtvaste titanium-coating, waardoor het mes langdurig scherp blijft, resistent is tegen roest én eenvoudig te onderhouden.

Dankzij de full-tang constructie en solide bolster ervaar je perfecte balans en controle bij het fileren van vis, het verwijderen van vliezen en het nauwkeurig ontvellen van vlees. De drievoudig genietende ebony Pakkawood handgreep geeft een luxe uitstraling en ligt comfortabel in de hand, zelfs tijdens intensief gebruik.

Of je nu zalmfilets maakt, kip ontvlecht of wild ontbeent: dit fileermes zorgt voor fractie-precisie en een krasvrije afwerking.

Gebruikstips:

  1. Fileren: Voer langzame, gelijkmatige halen langs de graat voor perfecte filets.

  2. Ontvellen: Gebruik de flexibele punt voor nauwkeurig losmaken van huid en vliezen.

  3. Verzorging: Aanzetten met een fijne slijpstaaf om de scherpe snede te behouden.
