This Valhal Outdoor pan is a compact skillet. A skillet is a frying pan made entirely of cast iron, ideal for high heat and heat retention. Without a non-stick coating, it prevents harmful substances when baking. Cast iron, loved by professional chefs, is suitable for all heat sources, indoors and outdoors. With a diameter of 15 cm and two handles, this small skillet is handy on the barbecue or in the oven, leaving more space. Perfect for serving tapas or starters, with handy pouring spouts for sauces. Cast iron is durable and gains character through use. With care, this pan will last a lifetime; repeated burn-in keeps it as new. Valhal Outdoor's cast iron items are pre-treated, but additional burning is recommended for optimal results. Use the Valhal Outdoor wax for care and burning of cast iron.
