You'll work in pairs and prepare a complete menu, from appetizers to dessert, with guidance from Mike from Traeger Netherlands, a Traeger Ambassador, and our BBQ Chef, Sid. We'll teach you how to cook hot and fast, and low and slow, on the Timberline XL, the newly launched Woodridge models, and the Ranger. A sneak peek: Smoked Lemonade, Smoked Bacon-Wrapped Oreos, mac and cheese, chicken with bacon, a delicious steak, and pie for dessert.

Want to get more out of your Traeger and truly learn to cook with consistent control, beautiful smoke buildup, Super Smoke, and perfect timing? During this Traeger workshop at BBQ Valley, you won't be watching, you'll be doing. You'll work in pairs and prepare a complete menu, from appetizers to starters, main course, and dessert. It's all hands-on, as you'll be making the dishes yourself, while we'll also provide extra tasty snacks along the way.
The training is led by Mike from Traeger Netherlands, a Traeger Ambassador, and our own BBQ Chef, Sid. You'll receive clear explanations, practical tips, and guidance at your workplace, so you understand what you're doing and why. This allows you to immediately apply the techniques at home afterward.
In this workshop, we'll teach you various techniques on the Traeger. You'll experience the difference between hot and fast, low and slow, and learn how to choose the right approach for each dish. We'll work with multiple models so you can see the differences in use and practical possibilities. You'll cook on the Traeger Timberline XL, the newly launched Woodridge models, and of course, the Ranger.
Here's a sneak peek at what you can expect. Think Smoked Lemonade, Smoked Bacon Wrapped Oreos, and a generous helping of mac and cheese. Of course, we'll also be serving a chicken and bacon dish, preparing a delicious steak, and yes, you read that right, we'll even make a cake for dessert.
Afterward, you'll go home with inspiration, new techniques, and, most importantly, more confidence to cook consistently with your Traeger, every time.
