Together with Jerremy from The Sauce and BBQ chef Sid, you will get actively involved with various preparation techniques, ingredients, and flavorings.

Jerremy is known from The Sauce, The Rub, and The SPG and brings his experience at Librije's Atelier to the workshop. He shows how to create unique street food dishes with attention to preparation, flavor balance, and presentation that you can recreate at home.

Prepare your own street food on the kamado

During this BBQ workshop, you won't just be watching. You will get to work yourself. You will work in pairs at your own workstation with a kamado and prepare the dishes from start to finish.

Jerremy and Sid guide you through the various steps and explain why certain techniques work. From preparing and marinating ingredients to regulating the temperature and combining flavors, you will discover how to achieve extraordinary results with relatively simple ingredients.

What will you be making during the Street Food Workshop?

The dishes are inspired by various world cuisines and demonstrate how versatile BBQ street food can be. During the workshop, we prepare, among other things:

  • Snack meatballs: small dishes where spices, sauces, and preparation come together.
  • Hasselback potatoes: learn how to make a surprising and flavorful side dish with a simple potato.

When preparing these dishes, we cover various techniques that you can also use for other BBQ recipes. This way, you take home not only new ideas, but above all practical knowledge.
