Artisan butcher Rudi Heinen of Kwaliteitsslagerij Heinen gets to work with the knife to split/bone a half pig from Heyde Hoeve Duroc, or in professional terms, cut it from head to tail. In the meantime, our own BBQ Chef will prepare delicious dishes on the Kamado.

You will discover where the Boston Bud, Pork Shoulder, Spareribs, Saint Louis-style spareribs, belly ribs, burn ends, Pork Tenderloin, and Ribs are located and cut in the Heyde Hoeve Duroc pig. And all this while enjoying a bite to eat and a drink; everything is included, or in other words, All Inclusive.

By the end of the workshop, you will have gained a lot of knowledge about the different parts of the pig, what you can make with them, and what the names mean, and you will have enjoyed delicious food and drinks during this cool Masterclass.

Be surprised by the craftsmanship of the butcher and our BBQ Chef. This is an experience you will never forget! Learn by watching and listening! This Masterclass is open enrollment, and you can register individually. There is room for a maximum of 14 people.
The workshops will proceed with a minimum of 8 registrations. We reserve the right to cancel if there are fewer participants.
