Additionally, you can use the drip pan to prepare ingredients, such as cooking a chicken in hay. The drip pan is also ideal for adding a wine aroma to your dishes or creating humid air in your Kamado. Made of aluminum, the drip pan is easy to clean. For optimal protection of your pan, you can place a baking mat inside, which simplifies cleaning. You can also use aluminum foil to line the pan; after use, simply remove the foil for a clean pan.
