Angus & Oink Rock N Rolla Cherry Cola BBQ Saus is een opvallende BBQ saus met de herkenbare smaak van cherry cola en een volle barbecuebasis. Zoet, kruidig en net even anders dan een standaard saus. Ideaal voor iedereen die zijn BBQ gerechten meer karakter en een verrassende twist wil geven.

Deze saus past perfect bij ribs, burgers en pulled pork, maar doet het ook goed op kip, pork belly en loaded fries. Gebruik hem als glaze tijdens de laatste fase van het garen of als finishing sauce vlak voor het serveren. De saus geeft je gerecht een mooie glans en een zoete, volle smaaklaag.

Op de kamado barbecue, keramische BBQ of pellet grill komt deze saus goed tot zijn recht bij low and slow bereidingen. Door de zoete basis is het belangrijk om de saus niet boven directe vlam te gebruiken, zodat hij niet verbrandt.
