Met de Big Green Egg Pizzasteen Large bak je pizza’s, speltbrood, focaccia of zelfs een appeltaart als een echte steenovenbakker. Deze Baking Stone, met een diameter van 35 cm, is speciaal ontworpen voor de Big Green Egg Large en is een absolute favoriet onder buitenkoks die hun kamado barbecue willen uitbreiden met bakmogelijkheden.

De keramische steen geleidt en houdt warmte optimaal vast. Hierdoor krijg je een gelijkmatige garing en een heerlijk knapperige bodem, of je nu een dunne Italiaanse pizza of een stevig rustiek brood bakt. Gebruik de pizzasteen in combinatie met een convEGGtor voor een indirecte opstelling en leg hem al op het rooster wanneer je je EGG aansteekt. Zo warmt de steen geleidelijk op, voorkom je breuk en ben je verzekerd van het beste resultaat.

Ook handig: dankzij de warmtecapaciteit van de steen kun je gerechten nog even warmhouden voordat je serveert – al is de kans groot dat je pizza’s meteen op zijn.
