The Cozze Elements Outdoor Kitchen Backsplash 52 cm is a practical addition to your outdoor kitchen. With this compact backsplash, you can neatly organize barbecue tools, pizza tools, and accessories above your worktop without taking up extra space.

The backsplash is made of durable powder-coated aluminium and features a stylish black matte finish. As a result, it complements the modern look of the Cozze Elements series beautifully and gives your outdoor kitchen a sleek, professional look.

When cooking outdoors, organization is important. By hanging tongs, spatulas, brushes, or other tools, your work surface remains clear and everything is immediately within reach. This makes this backsplash ideal for use with a pizza oven, gas barbecue, plancha, kamado barbecue, or ceramic BBQ.

Thanks to its compact size of 52 cm, this backsplash is suitable for smaller Cozze Elements modules or as an extra organizational point within a larger outdoor kitchen setup.

The Monolith Avantgarde .66 comes standard with a chip feeder set, split charcoal basket, deflector stones, drip trays, grate lifter, ash shovel, and the Smart Grid System with split grill grates.

A cast iron grate retains heat well and produces beautiful grill marks, but it does require maintenance. Preferably clean the grate while it is still warm with a suitable brush. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or dishwashing liquid, as this can damage the protective coating.

After cleaning, lightly rub the grate with heat-resistant oil. If rust forms, brush it away and season the grate again. This keeps the cast iron better protected and builds up a natural non-stick coating.

Clean a Monolith plancha while it is still warm. Scrape off baking residue and, if necessary, use a little hot water to remove stubborn residue. Preferably do not use dishwashing liquid, as this can damage the built-up protective layer.

Dry the plancha thoroughly and then rub it thinly with oil. Regular use creates a natural cooking surface, which prevents food from sticking as easily and keeps the plancha better protected against rust.
