The Cozze Elements Outdoor Kitchen Hanging Rod for LED Strip 90 cm is a practical addition to your Cozze Elements outdoor kitchen. This module is suitable for mounting to the Cozze Back Grid and helps you hang barbecue utensils, accessories, and tools neatly and clearly.
When cooking outdoors, you want to be able to grab your most important tools quickly. With this hanging bar, you can conveniently hang your tongs, spatula, brush, or other accessories above or behind your worktop. This keeps your outdoor kitchen tidy and leaves you with more space to prepare dishes.
The suspension rod is prepared for the addition of an LED Light Strip. This allows you to provide extra lighting for your outdoor kitchen, which is especially useful when cooking in the evening or under a canopy. Please note, the LED Light Strip is not included.
With a length of 90 cm, this suspension rod fits perfectly within the Cozze Elements series. A smart accessory for anyone who wants to equip their outdoor kitchen completely, clearly, and functionally for use with a pizza oven, gas barbecue, plancha, kamado barbecue, or ceramic BBQ.
The Monolith Avantgarde .66 comes standard with a chip feeder set, split charcoal basket, deflector stones, drip trays, grate lifter, ash shovel, and the Smart Grid System with split grill grates.
A cast iron grate retains heat well and produces beautiful grill marks, but it does require maintenance. Preferably clean the grate while it is still warm with a suitable brush. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or dishwashing liquid, as this can damage the protective coating.
After cleaning, lightly rub the grate with heat-resistant oil. If rust forms, brush it away and season the grate again. This keeps the cast iron better protected and builds up a natural non-stick coating.
Clean a Monolith plancha while it is still warm. Scrape off baking residue and, if necessary, use a little hot water to remove stubborn residue. Preferably do not use dishwashing liquid, as this can damage the built-up protective layer.
Dry the plancha thoroughly and then rub it thinly with oil. Regular use creates a natural cooking surface, which prevents food from sticking as easily and keeps the plancha better protected against rust.
