The Cozze Elements Pizza Oven Riser 60x60x20 cm is a practical addition to your outdoor kitchen. This sturdy stand is specially designed to place your pizza oven at a comfortable and safe height, allowing you to work more comfortably while baking pizzas and other dishes.

Raising the pizza oven creates a stable and uncluttered setup. This makes sliding in, rotating, and removing pizzas easier and safer. At the same time, the elevation helps keep your outdoor kitchen neat and organized.

With dimensions of 60 x 60 x 20 cm, this raised platform fits nicely within the Cozze Elements series. The stand complements a modular outdoor kitchen well and is ideal for use on the patio, under a canopy, or in a complete BBQ kitchen.

Whether you work with a Cozze pizza oven as a standalone setup or as part of a larger outdoor kitchen alongside your kamado barbecue or ceramic BBQ, this raised platform provides more comfort, stability, and ease of use while cooking outdoors.

The Monolith Avantgarde .66 comes standard with a chip feeder set, split charcoal basket, deflector stones, drip trays, grate lifter, ash shovel, and the Smart Grid System with split grill grates.

A cast iron grate retains heat well and produces beautiful grill marks, but it does require maintenance. Preferably clean the grate while it is still warm with a suitable brush. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or dishwashing liquid, as this can damage the protective coating.

After cleaning, lightly rub the grate with heat-resistant oil. If rust forms, brush it away and season the grate again. This keeps the cast iron better protected and builds up a natural non-stick coating.

Clean a Monolith plancha while it is still warm. Scrape off baking residue and, if necessary, use a little hot water to remove stubborn residue. Preferably do not use dishwashing liquid, as this can damage the built-up protective layer.

Dry the plancha thoroughly and then rub it thinly with oil. Regular use creates a natural cooking surface, which prevents food from sticking as easily and keeps the plancha better protected against rust.
