With the Forged Magnetic Knife Block in Olive Wood, you can not only store your knives safely, but also keep them on display. This rotating knife block combines sleek design with smart functionality, making it a real eye-catcher on your countertop. The natural pattern of the olive wood makes each block unique and fits effortlessly into both modern and rustic kitchens.
The knife block features a powerful magnetic system that securely holds your knives. Because the block rotates, you can quickly find the right knife without searching through drawers. It has room for a wide selection of up to eight large knives, and its extra-tall design makes it easy to fit even longer models like butcher knives.
A nice added detail is the opening at the top, specially designed for the Forged sharpening steel. This way, you always have it readily available while cooking. If you're not using a sharpening steel, you can easily close the opening with the included stylish knob. This creates a clean look and prevents dirt from getting in.
This Forged knife block is made for anyone who appreciates quality, clarity, and a kitchen that looks as good as it cooks.
The Monolith Avantgarde .66 comes standard with a chip feeder set, split charcoal basket, deflector stones, drip trays, grate lifter, ash shovel, and the Smart Grid System with split grill grates.
A cast iron grate retains heat well and produces beautiful grill marks, but it does require maintenance. Preferably clean the grate while it is still warm with a suitable brush. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or dishwashing liquid, as this can damage the protective coating.
After cleaning, lightly rub the grate with heat-resistant oil. If rust forms, brush it away and season the grate again. This keeps the cast iron better protected and builds up a natural non-stick coating.
Clean a Monolith plancha while it is still warm. Scrape off baking residue and, if necessary, use a little hot water to remove stubborn residue. Preferably do not use dishwashing liquid, as this can damage the built-up protective layer.
Dry the plancha thoroughly and then rub it thinly with oil. Regular use creates a natural cooking surface, which prevents food from sticking as easily and keeps the plancha better protected against rust.
