The Gozney Arc XL Crème combines the spacious baking capacity of the Arc XL with a light Crème finish. The oven accommodates one pizza up to 16 inches (approximately 40 cm), making it suitable for those who want to bake larger pizzas or prefer extra room to move around the pizza.
The Arc XL runs on propane and uses a lateral gas flame. Together with the 20 mm thick cordierite stone, this ensures powerful top heat and a cooking surface that can store a lot of heat.

The Cream version is technically identical to the Off Black version. You get the same 16-inch baking chamber, the same burner, the same pizza stone, and the same temperature options. The difference lies in the appearance.
The light finish works well if you have a calm or light outdoor kitchen and want the pizza oven to blend in. If you are looking for a dark version instead, you can choose the Gozney Arc XL Off Black .
With the Arc XL, you bake pizzas up to 16 inches , approximately 40 cm. This large baking surface is not only beneficial for larger pizzas. Even with a 30 or 35 cm pizza, there is more room to flip it and adjust its position relative to the flame.
That makes the Arc XL pleasant for those who regularly bake pizza and want a bit more room to move while baking than with the smaller Arc.
The Gozney Arc XL uses a gas burner on the side of the oven. The flame moves along the oven wall towards the ceiling, creating powerful heat above the pizza.
The oven can reach temperatures of around 500 °C . The gas regulator makes it easy to control how much heat you use. This allows you to bake very hot pizza, but also to reduce the flame for other pizza styles and preparations.
Allow approximately 30 to 40 minutes to bring both the oven and the pizza stone up to temperature. Be sure to check the temperature of the stone before baking.
The Arc XL features a removable 20 mm thick cordierite stone . This thick stone can absorb and retain a lot of heat.
This is especially convenient when you want to bake multiple pizzas in a row. Each pizza draws heat from the baking surface. A well-heated stone helps to provide sufficient heat to the next pizza base as well.

The Arc XL is particularly interesting for those who bake pizza regularly and are deliberately looking for more space. If you often bake pizzas up to about 40 cm or find extra space around the pizza pleasant, the XL offers a clear advantage.
If you have limited outdoor space and usually bake smaller pizzas, the standard Arc might suffice. However, if you want to go beyond a gas-fired pizza oven and also cook with wood or charcoal, the Dome Gen 2 is a better fit.
The Arc XL is primarily intended for those looking for a spacious and easily adjustable gas-fired pizza oven. The Gozney Dome Gen 2 is larger and can be used with wood or charcoal in addition to propane.
If you mainly bake pizza and want the convenience of gas, the Arc XL is often the practical choice. If you want to cook outdoors more extensively and work with different fuels yourself, the Dome Gen 2 offers more possibilities.
The Gozney Arc XL is approximately 53 cm wide, 62.9 cm deep, and 34.2 cm high . The oven weighs approximately 26.5 kg .
Ensure a sturdy, stable, and suitable outdoor setup and keep sufficient free space around the oven.
The Arc XL can be placed on a suitable solid surface, but you can also combine it with the Gozney Arc & Arc XL base .
The base raises the oven to a comfortable working height and makes the setup easier to move.
If you want a complete combination right away, BBQ Valley also offers the Gozney Arc XL Cream with base set . With this, you combine the oven directly with the base and a matching protective cover.
Although the Arc XL is primarily a pizza oven, you can also use the spacious oven chamber and adjustable gas flame for other preparations. Think of flatbreads, vegetables, meat and fish, or preparations using suitable heat-resistant cookware.
If you also have a kamado barbecue or ceramic BBQ , both appliances complement each other well. You use the kamado, for example, for grilling, smoking, and slow cooking, while the Arc XL excels in a hot cooking surface and powerful top heat.
For baking pizza, a good pizza peel, turner, and infrared thermometer are practical tools. You use the pizza peel to place the pizza on the stone, the turner to rotate it during baking, and the infrared thermometer to check the temperature of the baking surface.

A good pizza starts with the combination of oven, temperature, and dough. In particular, fermentation, hydration, and the opening of the dough ball have a significant influence on the final structure of the base and crust.

Many residues on the inside burn off on their own at high temperatures. Afterwards, let the oven cool down completely and carefully remove any remaining dirt with a soft brush.
For the Cream exterior, it is especially important not to use abrasive agents. Clean the housing with warm soapy water and a soft, non-abrasive cloth. For more stubborn dirt, you can use a non-corrosive and bleach-free cleaner.
For private use, a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty applies. If you register the Arc XL with Gozney within 60 days of purchase, this can be extended to a limited warranty of up to 5 years. Different warranty periods apply to certain parts, including the pizza stone and electronic components.
